Sr. Jacquelyn McCarthy, RN, CSJ
CEO

Sister Jacquelyn McCarthy, RN, CSJ is Bethany's CEO. She has been the CEO/Administrator at Bethany Health Care Center since 2000, is a member of the Board of Directors of the American College Health Care Administrators, MASS Chapter, a member of the Informal Dispute Resolution Committee, Department of Public Health, and a Health Care Consultant National Religious Retirement Office, Washington, DC.

Named Health Care Champion by Boston Business Journal in August, 2009, Sister Jacquelyn was also awarded the AMDA Foundation Evercare Award, presented at the Annual AMDA Convocation.

Jayne Kelleher
Director

Jayne Kelleher, MS, Bethany at Home's Director, has had a distinguished 25+ year career in healthcare, encompassing managerial, consulting, and teaching positions. She has served as a health services consultant, Nursing Home Administrator, and as the Executive Director for a V.N.A., leading them through accreditation and start up. She was an Adjunct Professor in Healthcare Administration at Stonehill College, earned a Bachelors Degree in Education, and has a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. Ms. Kelleher is also on Homecare Aide Council's Board of Directors, and has led many panel discussions on Options in Healthcare.

As Bethany at Home's Director, she is responsible for all business and healthcare operations.

Susan Lynch
RN Supervisor

Susan Lynch, Bethany at Home's RN Supervisor, has over 35 years of experience as a healthcare professional, having worked in many settings, including medical-surgical care, ambulatory care, intensive care, geriatric care, and home care.

She holds a Masters in Education Leadership (M.Ed Leadership) degree, and taught in vocational education for seventeen years. As RN Supervisor, Susan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of homecare, care plans, and staff education.

Terry Hodge
Director of Human Resources

Terry Hodge, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of workforce planning and employment at Bethany. Leveraging extensive experience in the HR field, she advises and assists the management team with employee development, risk management issues, compliance and policy issues, and joins in the organization's commitment to fostering a trusting and diversified work environment.

Ms. Hodge earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Computer Science at Boston College. She holds a Professional in Human Resources Certificate (P.H.R.), and a Nursing Home Administrator's License.

Founded in 1991, Bethany Healthcare Center encompasses a licensed skilled nursing facility, residence, outpatient rehabilitation center, a licensed outpatient clinic; and in 2014 we established Bethany at Home as part of our continuum of quality and caring services to the community.
